How is Envie de Fraise's collection produced?

Our collections are designed and brought to life by a team of passionate, dedicated expert designers and stylists, in our Parisian studio. All our designs are exclusive and our clothing is carefully checked to ensure it meets the exacting standards we have always set ourselves. Envie de Fraise takes the time to find the perfect fabrics, and also takes care to balance volumes, cuts, and colours, all while maintaining the brand’s creative momentum.

What should I do if a product is not available?

Once you have clicked on the product and have chosen your size, the availability date will appear under the price. If the product is unavailable, click on "Notify Me When It's Available" and enter your email address so that we can notify you when the product is available again.

Which size should I choose?

We recommend you choose your pre-pregnancy size: our clothes are designed to be worn from the first to the ninth month of your pregnancy. If at the time you place your order, you have gained more than 10 kilos, pick the next largest size to be more comfortable.

How do I place an order?
  1. Browse through the different site categories.
  2. Click on the item you would like to order, select your size and add it to your shopping bag.
  3. Once you have selected all your items, go to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.
  4. Create your account or log in.
  5. Select your delivery method.
  6. Proceed to payment.
How do I use a voucher or a discount code?
After adding all your items to My Shopping Bag, enter your discount code in the "Promo Code" field on the left of your screen. The total amount of your order will update automatically. To receive a discount code, sign up to our Envie de Fraise newsletter and you'll never miss out on any of our deals and special offers!
How can I track my order?

We send you emails so that you can follow every step of your order:

  • First, you will receive an email a few moments after your payment confirming your order.
  • Then, you will receive an email stating that your order has been packaged at our warehouse. This is also reflected on your Envie de Fraise account.
  • Finally, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number of your parcel once your order has been dispatched.
What does my status order mean?

Once you have placed an order on the site, there are several different statuses it can go through:

  1. Payment approved: You used a bank card to pay for your order. Your payment has been approved and your order will be dispatched promptly by our logistics centre.
  2. Processing order: You paid for your order and your payment was approved. However, some of the items are not available. That is why your order shows a "Processing order" status. If you would like your parcel to be sent out without waiting for your other item(s) to become available, please contact us. We will issue you a voucher for the amount you were charged for the unavailable item(s).
  3. Order confirmed: All of the items in your order are now available. Your order has been confirmed and will be dispatched by our logistics centre.
  4. Dispatched: Your order has been dispatched. You should receive it within the next few days.


Is the payment secure?

Ensuring your online transactions are secure is a priority for us! We use the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) combined with electronic banking services. All steps involved in the payment process are encrypted and protected by the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that your bank card number and any other information relating to your order is being transmitted over the Internet in an encrypted format.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: debit card, credit card, Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

  • By debit card or credit card

    The payment by credit card is made by the SSL platform Ogone. Your account will be debited 48 hours after the payment. We accept: credit card, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard.

  • By Paypal

    Paying with your Paypal account is easy, secure and free. If you have a Paypal account, you have the option to pay with direct debit, bank transfer or credit card. Paypal also offers you Buyer Protection which means your online transactions are completely safe and secure.

    TIP: If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still pay via Paypal without creating an account. To do this, choose to pay via Paypal at the checkout and select “Pay with debit or credit card, or Bill me later”. This payment method accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. This number allows you to track your parcel in real time through our website, by going into "My Account", "My Orders", then clicking on the relevant order number.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

Your chosen delivery company will leave you an "Attempted Delivery" notice in your mail box. You will have to contact them directly to schedule another delivery.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

During the checkout process, you can choose between "Deliver to my Billing Address" and "Deliver to a Different Address". Click on "Deliver to a Different Address" and fill out the form that appears. Your order will then be delivered to an address other than your billing address. Deliveries cannot be made to post boxes, campsites, or hotels.


Can I return any items sold on Envie de Fraise?

Yes, with the exception of undergarments. For hygiene and health reasons, undergarments can only be returned if we mistakenly send you a product that does not match your order. In this case, they must be returned to us in their original, unopened packaging.

Goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving your order. Please follow our return procedure and include the return form in your parcel.

What are the return fees?
  • For U.K. deliveries: returns are free of charge. You will receive a pre-paid DHL label in the parcel of your initial order. Please stick this onto the parcel you will use to send back the product(s) you want to return.
  • For France: returns are free of charge with Mondial Relay, but are at your own expense with Colissimo.
  • For other countries: returns are at your own expense. We recommend using a delivery method that includes a tracking number.
Which carrier should I use?

For UK deliveries, you should use your pre-paid DHL label to make a return. If you would like to use another carrier, it will be at your own expense.

How do I return an item?
  1. Go to "My Returns" on Your Account.
  2. Select the product(s) you would like to return and the quantity for each.
  3. Print out the return form and place it inside your returns parcel.
  4. Stick the pre-paid DHL label you received with your initial order on your parcel and send it back to our warehouse. Your return will be processed within 10 working days from when we receive it.
  5. An e-mail is then sent and a voucher is created in your account. If you would prefer a refund, just click on the button in the "my vouchers" page and the refund will be made in your account within 2-4 working days.
What packaging should I return the item(s) in?

Goods must be returned in their original packaging. They must be brand new (not worn or washed), intact and include any accessories they came with, such as notices, labels, etc. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is not in the aforementioned condition.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are not possible on our website. Upon reception of your return, we generate a voucher in your account which you can use to order the products again.

How quickly will I be refunded?

Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse and it has been processed, a voucher is created in your account. If you would prefer a refund, just click on the button in the "My Vouchers" page and the refund will be made in your account within 2-4 working days.

The vouchers we create are available for 12 months, and are not transmissible to another account.

If you have paid by debit card, credit card or Paypal: once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 2-4 working days.
