In order to fulfil orders, generate invoices and guarantee contracts, it is compulsory for the customer to enter nominative information that will be collected for distance selling. If this information is not entered or falsely entered, the order will be declared void. In accordance with French law, this nominative information is declared to the government regulating body, the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
The customer retains full rights with respect to the access, modification, rectification and deletion of any personal data pertaining to themselves. To utilise this right, the customer may send their request to:
DIGITAL FASHION GROUP
101 rue Réaumur
75 002 Paris
The customer must include their full name and address, and if applicable, their customer ID. DIGITAL FASHION GROUP might choose to communicate nominative information to its commercial partners. The customer may then receive promotional offers from third parties. To that extent, unless at the expressed refusal from the customer, the customer’s postal address might be communicated to DIGITAL FASHION GROUP's commercial partners.
The customer's email address, however, will not be communicated to third parties unless expressed written consent from the customer has been received. The customer reserves the right to refuse such communication from the third parties through two methods:
- By refusing to give consent during sign-up and/or order processing; or
- By sending a letter expressing their refusal to the above address, remembering to indicate their full name and address.
