We ship internationally and offer competitive shipping rates to Europe, Asia and the United States.

- What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept Paypal, debit and credit cards
By credit card:
Payment by credit card is carried out with our secure payment provider. The amount of the transaction will be debited within 48 hours after the payment made. The following cards are accepted: Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard
Please register to make your payment using PayPal. Otherwise, please pay by credit debit card, Visa or MasterCard.
- How can I track my order?
You will receive email confirmation with order updates once:
- Your order is confirmed
- Ready to be shipped
- Ships, we will provide tracking
- How do I return an item?
- Go to "return an item" in your account
- Select the item/s you would like to return
- Print out the return form and include it in your parcel
- Send your parcel back to our warehouse
- Your return will be processed within 15 business days from when they arrive back to our warehouse.
- What are the return fees?

Returns are FREE with DHL
Just use the pre-paid DHL label in your package and you won't have to pay a dime.
- How soon will I be refunded?
Your return will be processed within 15 business days from when they arrive back to our warehouse.
If you have paid by credit card, your card will be credited directly; if you have used a non-refundable gift card or purchase voucher, you will receive a non-refundable gift card or purchase voucher in the amount and duration equivalent to the one used.
The flat-rate contribution to processing and delivery costs paid by you will be refunded if the entire order is returned at the standard delivery rate; the extra charge you may have paid for a more expensive delivery method (express delivery in particular) may not be refunded.
